The human form has been at the core of western art since the Renaissance,and the discipline of observational drawing from life has become the basis of art training. This exhibition will illustrate some of the drawing exercises Oakham School’s upper students they follow, as well as paintings and imaginative studio work directly related to the study of the figure.
